- Do you charge for the survey?
- No. It's free and there's nothing to sign.
- Can the quote go up?
- Only if you change the job. We write the reason down if it does.
- How long is the wait?
- Usually six to eight weeks from a signed quote to fitting day.
- Do you do the plumbing and wiring?
- We bring in two trades we've worked with for years, and they're in the quote.
- What's the guarantee?
- Ten years on anything we make. Hinges and runners carry the maker's own cover.
- Do you need a deposit?
- A quarter when you book, the rest when you're happy with it.
